Story

In the 16th century, a time of great upheaval and transformation across both Japan and the world, four young Japanese boys were sent on an extraordinary journey to Europe. Known as the Tenshō Embassy, these teenage envoys were received by monarchs and even the Pope himself.
Thrown into the heart of history, the boys encountered influential figures of the era, experienced cultural and political revolutions firsthand, and matured through their encounters—only to be later forgotten in the shadows of history.
